Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage or Thai yoga massage is a traditional therapy combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures.

Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massage therapy. It's often used to relax you, relieve stress and relieve pain. Swedish massage often involves rubbing, kneading, stroking and tapping your muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movements that go across the muscle grain.

Hot oil Massage
A hot oil massage or Abhyanga treatment, a form of Ayurvedic massage involving specially formulated warmed herbal oils, is said to be the ultimate way to restore balance and completely relax the body. Nourishing and revitalising, Abhyanga hot oil massage helps pacify the three doshas or 'bioenergies' within the body.

Hot Stone Massage
A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It's used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body.

Moroccan Bath Massage
The classic Moroccan bath is as simple as it gets. Our therapists will expose your body to the gentle steam to soften dead skin. They will then rub your whole body with black soap for exfoliation, leaving your skin softer, smoother, and cleaner. It's best for those who haven't experienced a Moroccan Massage before.

Four Hand Massage
What Is a Four Hand Massage? While most massage therapies are given by one person, two therapists will work on you synchronically during a four hand massage session. This ultimately leads to a higher level of relaxation and faster muscle tension relief.

Couple Massage
Ultimately, a couples massage is a shared experience – a massage for two people, at the same time, in the same private room, but on two separate massage tables and performed by two massage therapists. The massage therapists will start at the same time and coordinate the treatment for the couple.

Aroma Massage
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to provide some benefits to the body. Lavender, orange, bergamot and eucalyptus are usually preferred during this massage. All of these aromas are plant-based derivatives derived from medicinal plants, tree extracts and flowers.
